Blasphemy

I've heard rumors that Denison is going to change the front entrance sign sometime during break. Apparently the phrase "A Christian College of Liberal Arts", engraved over seventy years, ago no longer applies to the institution today. Not wanting to fall behind, Denison changing its sign is akin to public schools' altering/abortion of the Pledge of Allegiance. Just one more attempt to de-christianize academia. Regardless, I felt it necessary to capture what may be one of the last images of this landmark. It's 5:04 am and pretty much everyone has already left for Christmas...excuse me...winter break.

Strangle

Pit Vipers kill their prey with venom, causing paralyis and a slow, painful death. Constrictors strangle their prey using merciless force. Both are efficient killers.

Block-O

Perfection is something striven for, yet it remains always beyond our grasp. Some come closer than others, and some fall short of expectations. Perfection in the sense to which I'm referring manifests itself in a 12-0 season. Perfect thus far, with one more to go. On to Glendale.

Peek-a-boo

Ever want to just crawl inside your shell and hide from the rest of the world? Not let anybody in and just play keep away from society? It's not always the best way to deal with adversity, but it sure makes things easy sometimes. Too bad we don't have shells.
